40mm city fight bases

Someone ordered me some 40mm city fight bases. He said that the design would be of my own will. Then I tried to find a way, that on a base I would show that it's a city, then that there is a fight on that city, so the city would be ruined. I mean, I wanted to avoid rumble-styled bases, factory-industrial ones, as well as common city bases. So I came up to the following. The client approved it, so right now I made a few more, that will be updated here, when finished painting on them. (Whoever wants some sets of bases like this, feel free to ask for by e-mail).

Pressure Pot

I would like to share some pics from my new pressure pot I made. I manufactured this tool on my workshop (primary job) to fullfil my simple needs of casting, without having to bother Vall -> our mold maker, to do so. I also made some bigger pressure pots for Vall too, and now I 'm pretty sure, by having him tested them in full time operation, that they work perfectly fine. 

The pot is made of CK45 steel. 6,5mm thickness tube, 196mm inside diameter, 200mm length. (Those dimmensions are easily changed by the needs of the caster, but those fit my needs) Bottom is CK45 steel plate 10mm thickness. The cap (Top that seals) is a CK45 steel 14mm thickness plate. I used an air valve that can hold up to 10BARs, and a manometer to track the pressure in the pot. Inside the pot, a stainless piece of metal sheet to hold my mold, as well as a same type of sheet to split the air, while it gets through the pot, so that it doesn't blow on the resin. Finally a high pressure rubber O-Ring, assembled on the cap-plate, to seal the pot. 
My paintjob on this pot, failed a bit, but I don't really care as this is made for me. Pots I do for other ppl, have a better outfit :P

Pressure Pot: You might all know, but I will share some info for those guyz who are new in casting: Pressure Pot is the most valuable tool when one wants to cast resin using silicone molds. It is so simple to use, but the results are fantastic. It's meant to remove those "nasty" air bubbles from your resin products, you all hate, as well as, to reach the thin parts of your wonderfull miniatures, such as wires, tip of swords, pointy ears e.t.c.. It manages to do so, by pressing the resin, with the use of air while resin sets. You cast your resin in your mold (using a syringe or something, as normal), and then you put your molds inside the pressure pot. The pot is 100% airtight when you close it's front gate. So when you close the gate, you just turn on the air valve, to insert compressed air inside the pot. 4,5 BAR pressure, is perfect to cast. (My english suck, I know, but sorry about it. If you need more info feel free to ask). 

I can certainly guide you, how to make one on your own, if you got access to a workshop with lathe e.t.c., or I can simply supply you one, if you need.
